All orders are subject to a processing period before shipment.

3- Shipping and Delivery Estimates.

Once your order has been processed, the transit time begins. Delivery times vary based on your location and the specific supplier's origin country.

5- Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within [24-48] hours.

  • Multiple Shipments: If you order multiples items, they may be sourced from different suppliers and therefore may arrive in separate packages on different days. You will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment.

6- Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments.

  • Damages: If you receive a damaged product, please sent photos of the damage  [ welcome@welcomevivianelook.org ] within [48 hours] of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
  • Lost Shipments: If the tracking information has not updated, or your package has not arrived within 30 business days of the shipping date, please contact us for a full refund or replacement.
  • Incorrect Address: We cannot be held responsible for an incorrect shipping address entered by the customer. Please ensure your details are correct before checkout.
